Since 1996, the CEO has worked in the field of education. With 4 State Certifications (Elementary Education 1-6, Exceptional Education K-12, Teaching English as a Second Language K-12 and Educational Leadership (K-12 Management), a K-12 State Coaching Credential in Reading plus two county endorsements (ESOL & ESE), there is no other like the CEO of Teach Smart CA2i. She has been state recognized as 1 of 5 Top Educators in Florida with students scoring the highest 3 consecutives years.

Teach Smart CA2i provides Premier Private Personalized Educator services established after many years of working in Education, serving communities of parents and educating generations of students in the private, public, charter schools and homeschools. The CEO has supported and coached educators and administrators in the 6th largest Public School in the nation and 3rd largest district in the state of Florida. Due to a high parent demand in today’s world of changing education she began a journey to support and coach as a family’s Private Personalized Educator visiting homes and working directly with a child’s personalized learning path. Our CEO has the proven background that solidifies her ability.

Teach Smart CA2i has provided professional consulting services throughout Florida. From strategic educational planning to innovative academic solutions, our focus is always on building an efficient and result-driven relationship with our partners (parents, students, businesses, and schools). We have worked to create our partners customized plan of actions then trained the organization’s employees or educators: homeschool, charter school, private school or private business. Didi Reyes-Greenstein, MS., TESOL

As the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of our organization, I take immense pride in leading a team of highly skilled professionals who are passionate about an unparalleled excellence offered to our parents, students and community. Our unwavering commitment to empowering parents and students with the tools and resources they need to succeed, and flourish is what sets us apart. We bring the knowledge and experience like no other. We are honored to be your trusted partner in achieving goals that drive your child’s success forward. We are highly skilled and committed professionals who are dedicated to delivering unparalleled services to our valued customers.

Our CEO has extensive education experience with four state certifications, two county endorsements and K-12 coaching credentials in Reading. Her evaluations in the 6th largest school district in the nation reflect a highly effective educator with over 28 years. She has been an Elementary Assistant Principal, an Elementary and Middle school Reading Coach, Elementary Math & Science Coach in addition to an Acting Assistant Principal in Elementary and Middle school and an Instructional Facilitator for a District Director of School Accountability and Performance in addition to an Instructional Facilitator for District’s Director of ESOL. She was appointed for several years by a School Board Member to represent the School Board Member on the District Advisory Board and the Districts’ Facility Task Force. She started her education career working in a private school in the second largest school district in the United States. She worked a year in a Charter School as the K-8 Math Specialist assisting with the opening process. She has been recognized as one of the top educators in Florida with students scoring the highest for three consecutive years. She brings a wealth of knowledge and real-life experience to her role. With her expertise, she is sure to make an impact.

Meet our Chief Operations Officer, who has a passion for helping students with exceptionalities. With over 6 years of experience as a behavioral technician and tutor, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. Fun fact: She’s also been a stay-at-home mom for over 20 years and homeschooled 3 children. We’re proud to have her on board!

She finds solace in the great outdoors, spending her time observing the graceful movements of deer and the sweet melodies of birds.

She takes pride in speaking highly of her elder sister, with whom she enjoys spending most of her leisure time. We are privileged to have her as a part of our team, bringing her positive energy and enthusiasm to every project.

In my role as the Director of Strategic Partnerships, I am committed to continuous learning and have a deep appreciation for the value of organization. My focus is on cultivating strong partnerships and leveraging creative strategies to drive student success. I love building strong relationships and finding cool ways to make things happen. For those of us who are around horses, we know that they have a special way of teaching us. They’re incredibly perceptive and can sense our moods, often helping us through difficult times.
