Annual Evaluation Assessment

The Annual Evaluation Assessment is a yearly performance review designed to evaluate skills and growth development. The assessment ensures that the student is advancing at the expected and/or appropriate level. An annual homeschool evaluation is mandated by law and must be submitted to the district school office. A certified educator from Teach Smart CA2i performs this assessment in the office. Tests could change overtime. Confirm test availability.

After filling out the “Assessment Appointment form”, paying and receiving a call back from Teach Smart CA2i, the assessor will receive a link to schedule the date.
